Boracay Beach Houses rates and inlcusions are base on 2 seasons:

Peak season (October 1 - May 31) The wet season falls between October and May, but the rain isn’t constant and rarely impacts on travel plans. You’ll still enjoy hot, sunny days at this time, fewer crowds and lush, green scenery. These months in Boracay are one of the wettest times of the year, but is still one of the warmest.

Low Season (June 1 - September 30) June to September in Boracay begins the off-peak time of the year for visitors. This is mainly due to the fact that this is not only the rainy season, but also the peak of typhoon season. In fact, this is the rainiest months of the year and that is something that potential visitors will want to consider when making travel plans.
